Hi, this is a technical issue with the Turtle Beach Ear force Z60. Up to and including today, it has been performing perfectly, but this afternoon, all of a sudden, it's not appearing in the playback and recording tabs in the sound options, so I can't enable/disable it. The lights are unresponsive on the sound box, also. I.E: if I click the sound mode button, the lights don't change and if I press the mute button, the light doesn't change. I tried the headset with another laptop on the same operating system as mine (Windows 10) and it works perfectly. This problem has only come on this evening and it's a source of great stress. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated!
