Hi, this is a technical issue with the Turtle Beach Ear force Z60. Up to and including today, it has been performing perfectly, but this afternoon, all of a sudden, it's not appearing in the playback and recording tabs in the sound options, so I can't enable/disable it. The lights are unresponsive on the sound box, also. I.E: if I click the sound mode button, the lights don't change and if I press the mute button, the light doesn't change. I tried the headset with another laptop on the same operating system as mine (Windows 10) and it works perfectly. This problem has only come on this evening and it's a source of great stress. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated! :)

USB connection - correct?

No drivers or dedicated software being used as I understand the z60's.

Could be that the problem is USB related. Try some testing there......

Do any other USB headsets/speakers work on the original PC? Via the original USB port or another USB port?

Do any other USB devices work on the USB port(s)?

All internal USB connections snug and secure? Any error codes or warnings in the Event Viewer logs?
