Easiest connecting projector for boardroom. Connecting to laptops of visitors.

Having trouble finding good projector solution for boardroom. Ideally, I'd like it to be easy to connect to laptops without cables and software. Any suggestions?

Currently looking at this model with an Epson Quick Connect USB but I don't love that solution.

You may not like cables, but that is the most universal way to accomplish it. Get an HDMI cable with adapters for different port types. Anything else requires the visitors to have something on their laptop. HDMI cable with something like this hooked to it -- https://www.conferenceroomav.com//Liberty%20AV-/DL-ADR.cfm
