easy connect pc top pc

is there an easy way i can connect to my sisters pc to help out when she gets stuck with programs .
she is not pc compatible lol she knows how to turn it on and uses some of the programs but she do's need help with things . so is there an easy connection that i can do from my end

if it is connected through internet then ammy admin or teamviewer is a pretty good option

but never herd of these ammy admin or teamviewer but will look into them
