Easy ram test?

Overnight my ram dropped from 3.2 (xp cap) to 2.5, why I can not tell. Im hoping its not dead memory, but it happened before so it might be the case. Any quick confirmation to find out which stick is dead? (running 4 1066 mhz 1 gig ocz sticks)
