Easynote tj65 '3D Sound 5.1 TIDE USB' not working on windows 7

i have recently purchased 3D Sound 5.1 TIDE USB, for some reason which i cant figure out, the card isnt working, i believe that the drivers required for the hardware arent there.

any help?

Have you attempted to download the drivers required from the manufacturer?
