Eating too much RAM windows 10

Good day! I have problem regarding this i normally use chrome browsers and some applications and it consumes 90% of my RAM can someone help me?

Spec
Amd bulldozer 8cores
1x8gb hyperx ram
Gt730 dd5
1tb hdd partitioned
Hec 550w

While it's normal for Windows 10 to use 3 to 4GB of memory just to function, a browser and "some applications" shouldn't be enough to use 90% of your RAM.

I guess you are using Windows 10 64-bit, since you can see all your 8GB of RAM?

Which applications are you running, apart from Chrome, when observing a memory load of 90%?

Have you checked the background processes in your Task Manager, to see what else is happening on your machine?
While doing that, have a look at the Start-up List as well, to determine which applications are started together with your OS.

Hi I have checked all my processes as well as my startups there are only 4 enabled application which is my steam, antivirus, ccleaner and IDM.

What do you think? do i have bottleneck with my videocard? or do i need to upgrade something? also i want to add that i have a slow boot up.

I think most of it is google chrome eating 200mb each
