Question EATX boards + Thermaltake Level 20 GT: how would you route the cables?

specifically the SATA, front USB and 24pin power cables.

It seems to be EATX boards with block the cable holes so I'm wondering how people have routed their cables.

most e-atx boards are 12"x11" which shouldnt have clearence issues
which mobo you plan to use?
