eBay insane lag on Chrome

Hi,

eBay on my laptop runs lags and the page takes forever to load! Is it a eBay rather than a Windows issue as other sites work and load quicker

Everyother webpage and Windows is super fast but eBay just lags

the cpu showing it age, ebay page just too javascript heavy.
