Does anyone have any experience with this store?

I'm interested in buying a monitor with them, and I would appreciate any information regarding this store and its policies. Actually if I buy an LCD monitor, what kind of policies should I be looking out for, like dead/stuck pixels/sub-pixels, is that related to the manufacturer's policies or the store's?

Also since I'm on the subject, my choice of monitor is the Samsung Syncmaster 173P, is there a black version of this monitor or only silver?
And btw, just so I don't have to make another post, any recommendations on monitors will be very welcome. Gaming is NOT my priority here, although I might do some in the future, but I'm not too concerned with gaming performance. I do care a lot about image quality however.

I personally put in a Mitsubishi/NEC 2111 and although the price was pretty good the shipping was outrageous. $73.90 to California from Arizona?
