ECC Error Rate Fail

I was looking on my SMART values on my HDD. It says the ECC Error Rate status as Failed. Its says the current value is 47 and the raw data is 69860896. Is this bad. I just got the hard drive a couple of months ago.

Can you show us the whole SMART report? What is the model of the drive?
