ECC RAM on K7M motherboard

I have a system built on the K7M motherboard which has never been stable. After a lot of attempts at isolating the problem it appears that it is either the motherboard itself or the RAM. I have a generic 128M PC100 SDRAM DIMM with ECC installed. However, the BIOS setup for the ECC has always showed that it is disabled and won't allow me to turn it on. I suspect that perhaps the BIOS isn't compatible with the "generic" module I have. I am considering ordering a Crucial 256M PC133 DIMM w/ECC to replace the generic module. Does anyone know if Crucial's SDRAM ECC modules are compatible with the K7M motherboard? If I get this thing to be stable I want to use this machine as a server to tie together another PC and a Mac.

I doubt it. I have a KT7Araid and it is not. At crucial.com find your board from the pull down and it will only show compatible mem- so the ECC won't be in the list if it isn't compatible.
