for data analyse and Unreal engine 4 we need 128GB ECC RAM
for this:

But with only 8 dimm sockets, you will not be able to reach 128gb of ram since the largest udimm ecc modules are 8gb and 8x8=64gb.

If you need this type of ram, you need to move to a server or workstation platform that is using rdimms and lrdimms. I have 256GB in my z420.

3- what about 16gb per channel? are they exist in market?

Those are LRDIMMs, not ECC UDIMMs. They will not work.

It is an HP z420 complete system. Bone stock. I chronicled my experience and the module details here:

16GB ECC UDIMMs also do not exist. The problem is that at higher densities you need to use registers along with ecc to not have errors. This is why servers and workstations can have even a terabyte of ram with enough slots and large enough modules. You'll never find this in consumer 'gaming' hardware.
