My old Tripplite Smart Int 700 UPS has gone AWOL. I didn't realize this before I bought a brand new RBC52 battery replacement cartridge. At the moment I am using a cheap Santak TG500 UPS that I am sure doesn't have such a good battery. Rather than wasting the high quality RBC52 battery I am trying to figure out if I can use it to replace the battery in the Santak TG500. I don't care if it fits in the case or not - but would prefer not to blow myself up. What do I need to do to figure out if this is doable or not?
