so a while ago I upgraded from windows 8.1 to 10 and I've been suffering since then from echo in every single sound source whether it's a youtube video, movie, game, etc..
I thought the issue was the speakers so I plugged in the headphones and still there was echo, all help is appreciated.

Hi,

Please do try to uninstall/reinstall the Sound card driver.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the Sound card driver.
- Once completely uninstalled, download and install the latest driver.
- Reboot your PC once the latest driver has been installed.
- After the reboot do test it again and see if the same problem will persist or not.
- Next to try if it will still not work is to change sound settings.
- Right click on the speaker icon and select Playback Devices.
- Once open click on the default sound device then click on Properties.
- On the next windows click on Enhancements tab and put a check on "Disable all enhancements".
- Click Apply and OK then test it again.
