whats the score with these chd files?
i've got right into mame in the last few months, my pc is a 2.4gig,
512m ram, 64meg gfx, new HD with 8 meg cache running windowsxp
(unfortunatly)
most games run great but these chd games are really slow gfx wise and
the sound is slow and echos like mad!!
i've tried fiddling with the defualt options, any ideas?

and i'm getting a cab together soon, keep u posted

Most CHD games are from newer hardware that requires alot of power to
emulate, with the majority requiring speeds not yet available.
