ECS A780LM-M2 with AMD Phenom 1100T black edition

so i want to upgrade my pc wirth a gtx 650 2 more gb of ram and a AMD Phenom 1100t black edition and i dont know if it is compatible.
i looked on some sites and i see the processor is compatible writh the motherbord on some sites and on others not so idk if it is compatible.
if is not compatible pls tell me the best gameing procesor for my motherbord

yea but i saw something about the cpu haveing 125w and the motherbord supports 95 so i still am not sure

If you keep it at normal speed, it should be OK. All 6core are 125W
