No, it's not.

Usually ECS is a value brand and their quality is so-so. Their high end motherboard aren't nearly as good as say ASRock or MSI.

There is a computer shop here who offers i5 4690 with a free ecs gank motherboard for about $226.11, by the way i converted the price from philippines peso to us dollar, is this a great deal?

I mean... it'll WORK. It won't be GOOD but it'll WORK. Microcenter does similar deals in the USA except that they actually give you quality motherboards... not this ECS nonsense. Go for it if you want. Just don't expect a premium motherboard experience from your VERY not premium motherboard .

Allright, i get it THANKS!, i think i just gonna sell that motherboard and get a less expensive quality motherboard like asus b85 or h97...
