ECS GTX 560 TI ($40) Worth it?

Okay so I googled this GPU and it has 3 out of 5 stars on newegg because of dieing after 11 months etc etc. I already have a Sparkle GTX 560 TI 1GB and currently cannot SLI but I am planning on getting a 990fxa ud3 gigabyte board. Is $40 for this card even worth it?
