ECS H77H2-M3: How do I upgrade my BIOS?

I have an ECS H77H2-M3 motherboard with American Megatrends BIOS. I can't figure out how to update my BIOS. I've tried many different downloaded programs but none of them seem to be able to work. Any help would be very greatly appreciated!

Often you can update straight from within the bios; otherwise go to the manufacture's website and look for downloads for the specific product.

It's a fairly old board/BIOS so there is no option to update from within. I went to the website and everything I downloaded either gave me an error or just didn't make sense.
