I recently attempted to install an EVGA GTX 960 SC P42962-KR onto an ECS X79R-AX (V1.0) non-deluxe MotherBoard.
The Monitor light shows a signal...but no video. Then I get 3 short, spaced out, sequential beeps. On the 3rd beep the Monitor will flicker as if something was being checked...then the motherboard stalls and does nothing and locked on Code 62. Normally Code 62 is the last code shown before the video starts and code 99 begins the boot up screen. But this card can't get beyond this. This motherboard doesn't have integrated video options and I removed the previous drivers and device before attempting to install? Any suggestions?
