Edit "Microsoft Windows Millennium Startup Menu"

Hiiiiiii everybody..........

Somebody told me that its impossible to edit "Microsoft Windows Millennium Startup Menu" in the boot menu of windows ME..................

I had also googled this thing & i found that it can be done by IO.sys but when it tried i found it in an very unusual format........

Its eazy to do this with io.sys of windows 98 & 95..........but i found myself unable to edit io.sys in windows me even through Hex editor................

If any1 knows how to do this plz tel me it in brief...............

I am new to this form.............
