Editing a FLAC file without quality loss?

Hello!

I want to edit a FLAC file without having the quality reduced, what is the best program to do that with? Audacity? Also how do I do that?

FLAC is lossless, so editing it and resaving should result in no quality loss just as if you were resaving uncompressed .wav. In fact if your software cannot edit FLAC files directly, you could convert it to .wav, edit it and recompress it back into FLAC with no quality loss because no quality is lost during the compression.
