Editing and Contact Mods + Blank lines?

Hello

Is there a time limit for editing your thread?
Can't seem to edit mine from about 10 days ago?

Also - how do you contact the mods (rather than just picking one at random - and even then I couldn't see how to actually message them?)

And how do you retain your formatting - especially keep blank lines etc to separate paragraphs on other Forums online in general ?

have never had an issue editing posts.
thread titles should still be open too so you can add "solved" etc to them later.

how do you contact the mods

you can just use the "Report" feature on the bottom-left of the post.

And how do you retain your formatting - especially keep blank lines etc to separate paragraphs

just press "Enter" to create blank lines.
whether it also works in other forums is up to the host and the creator.

oh - yeah I meant for other Forums in general - my mistake.

you can just use the "Report" feature on the bottom-left of the post.

I don't want to do the wrong thing though - as I don't want to report anything/one - just want to speak to them.

it doesn't reflect badly on anyone or add any negative values to an account unless you are actually reporting a violation that is investigated and deemed true.

reporting your own posts and explaining your situation would be fine.

And yes the best way to contact us is to either use the report button, Private message one of the "Moderators Online" on the right, or post here in feedback as many of us actively monitor this section closely.

Yeah I've come across a few over the years that just rip out a lot of the formatting and cram everything together - even if you have more than one blank line!

Doesn't make it inviting to read when it's like that.

Pretty sure it was this one... I still can't edit it. I assume there is a max time for editing the Original Post?
So how can I edit it myself (other than contacting a mod?)

Very strange I don't see anything weird about that post. There should not be a time limit, its probably a glitch. Will forward.
