Editing computer on a budget

so i need a stupid fast editing pc for adobe cs6 applications and after effects plugins. I will go with cyberpower pc, i wont change my mind. I know i will lose somethin or break things. No more than 2200 dollars will be spent on this system. I want to get the i7 4960x with the hghest overclock possible. Can someone help me select the other compoenents?

The ABOVE is a great build.

My only issue is the video card, and that's a maybe. When I looked at CS6 benchmarks before a GTX650 was almost at the top of the chart for performance and buying a better GPU (even a Quadro) made little difference for reason I quote.

In particular:

There is no CS7, only the subscription model. I think that's called "Adobe Creative Cloud" but you'd have to research if that's worth the money and if it supports newer GPU's better.

If you want to GAME then the GTX780 is great (I prefer the EVGA 967MHz model). If you use any other editing program then you'd have to look into GPU benchmarks for that.

Some editing programs are way faster with Quadro cards for example.

Other:
a) Windows 8 Pro 64-bit OEM, and
b) Start8 ($5) from Stardock

Windows 8 is superior but I hate the new interface; I did try. Start8 solves that issue.

that why with windows 8.1 update you have the start button back and boot to desktop. was able to get rid of my 3 party windiows 8 software to make it look or act like windows 7.
