Editing/Gaming pc 2k budget

I want a pc for editing. I will play games like cs go and LoL. Is there a pc build that I can edit in after effects and stream elgato to twitch and play games like cs go on the side? The reason I say specifically csgo and LoL is bc I here they don't require that much of your pc. I want 32gb of ram (under 2k) and i7 processor bc I feel like this is necessary. I just want to edit and stream elgato at the same time. I'm a noob btw so dont assume I know any terms in your answer. Thanks
