I need a new pc that will be used mainly for adope premiere, after effects, lightroom and photoshop, but also a lot of cad and some gaming. I currently own a laptop with an i7 7700hq, gtx 1050ti, 16 gigs of ram, 256gb ssd, and i'm pretty happy with it, but it sometimes slows down when using programs like 3ds max ( i assume ram issue) and when loading ue4 textures. So i assume the main upgrades to be made are ram and cpu for faster rendering times, but i'm not sure if it's better to invest in better cpu or gpu. Also consider that i would prefer an itx system (ideally a nxzt manta)
and i want it to look good. Any suggestions?
