EE routers internet light is flashing orange no internet conncetion

hi my friends EE routers internet light is flashing orange and he has no internet connection can anyone help please?

We have no idea what your friend' EE router is - make, model, who is the ISP, how it is connected. It is slow Monday, and everybody' crystal ball is off 😉

sorry its a bright box 2. provider is EE. tried both wired and wireless connections.

I'm from the UK, so I assume that 'EE' is 'Everything Everywhere'?

If the Interent light is flashing orange, chances are your friend needs to call EE. Either the router's configuration is incorrect or EE have an outage in the local area.
