EENCRYPTED FOLDER-NEED HEEEEEEEELP

Few days ago I’ve formatted my system disc. Before that, I’ve encrypted one folder using winxp encryption (right click/properties/advanced/encrypt contents to secure data). After formatting I can’t access this folder. I am administrator on that computer, I even tried to log on as administrator, but it’s not working. Is there any way I can access that folder?

I guess you mean that you had a C: and a D: drive and you reformatted C: Now you cannot access the encrypted folders on D: ?

Unfortunately EFS is very good at what it does and it is hard to crack it (wouldn't be much use if it was easy to do so :wink: )
