good day.. i just wanted to ask if the 550w psu without the 80+ bronze thing will suffice with this build coz my budget in psu is a bit short and that is the psu that i can afford, i have all my budget on other components.

fx 6300
r9 270x toxic
asrock 960gs-gc fx mobo
2x4gb corsair

what is the brand and model number of the PSU you are looking at. These days, while the 80plus ratings aren't always accurate, you can be sure that any PSU with NO 80plus rating is likely to be a piece of junk. With an FX series CPU and and an R9 200 series GPU, you really want a decent PSU. In fact, you always want a decent PSU. If the PSU is cheap or works poorly, so will EVERYTHING else. Nothing will work well if the PSU doesn't supply good clean power in sufficient quantity.

well what i've checked in our nearest shop, i saw this corsair vs550 550w psu and that psu's price hit my budget so i've been thinking if this one is good. and i would like to ask too, if you have any idea how many fps would be the difference if i compare this r9 270x toxic edition with r9 270x dual-x.

The VS series PSUs from Corsair are Tier 3. You want Tier 2b or higher from the following Tier list for that setup. The Corsair will work, it's not terrible, but not great either.:

If you can find something from Seasonic, XFX, EVGA, Superflower or a higher rated Corsair within you price range locally that would be better. If not, you can use that PSU as it's much better than a lot of other PSUs out there.
