EFI partition on an old disk

So I a while back I moved my windows install from a 4TB drive to an SSD and that's all fine and great. During the installation I guess something happened where it installed the EFI stuff in the F drive, which was my old laptop hard drive. I formatted that drive to put it in a new laptop and now my original desktop will not boot because there's no "Windows Boot Manager". How do I get that partition back?

MB: z97 Gaming 5
CPU: Core i5 4670k
GPU: GTX 970
RAM: 8GB
HDD: Assorted laptop drives, a PNY 120GB SSD, a 4TB hard drive

Boot from the Windows disk or USB then choose to repair startup.
If that doesn't do the trick then you might have to re-install windows.

Ive tried booting off the windows disk and it says there is no readable OS, and repair setup crashes and resets after a while everytime I run it. I tried to do a fresh install and it said the windows installation was locked
