Efi shell every time i boot (cant use keybord)

Every time i boot it goes straight to EFI shell and it seems like the power to my keybord is off help please!

Its a desktop

Connect your HDD to a different port. if it can't find startup.nsh you may be good.

Or could causing an error will send you to BIOS setup.

Don't know if this is a Desktop or Laptop but a jumper that clears BIOS settings would be good.

I am sure you tried different USB ports and a different KB
