EFI shell version 2.31 windows 8

im stuck on the press esc in 1 seconds to skip and i cant get past it to get into my bios to change boot start up its like its frozen i cant press any key. is there any way to bypass it or restore the system? all good now i reset the mb cmos windows is working again

How did you get this to work. I'm having the same problem!!
