bios does not load, the buttons do not work, USB does not see. Axon Cloudbook 14 737T Intel Atom x5 8530.

I wonder what motherboard it has, and who makes the BIOS. You may need to contact the maker as I can see they in Thailand but can't find their web site.


1 fix i found was move the hdd to another sata port but might not apply to a cloudbook

try typing exit a few times to get back to bios? does it show a cursor?

Yes, after

Shell>

it have a cursor, but KB is not working at all. External USB KB seems like not powered at all (no any LEDs working).
Only Power button works like an Enter (just give new line).
If i hold Power for some seconds - some new line have appire and devil mashine is powering off.

I would take it to either a repair store or where you bought it from and ask them for advice as to who to contact.
sometimes if you get stuck in efi shell it means the hdd is not answering.

Hard to fix without a keyboard or anything like that.
