EFI system partition on my data after installing new computer

Hi,

I added my old HDD to my new computer. It is one physical drive divided into 2 partitions,
but in the Disk Management I see "EFI system partition" on one partition that have all my music and family pictures, and the other partition is OK (in the picture I'm posting it's Disk 2 with the drive I and the EFI partition).
How do I make it a regular partition again?

Nothing is right there, EFI, System Reserved and recovery partitions should all be on Disk1 with C: partition.

OK, so how do I fix it?

I would disconnect all drives but one that system is supposed to be on and reinstall OS.

disconnect all yr drives where u dont want your windows
then wipe your windows drive and install new windows, once done put your drives back, then remove from them all those efi/recovry partitions

This is (almost) exactly what I did. I had problems installing the OS on SSD, so I left only the 2 ssd drives connected, and eventually installed win10 on both of them (on purpose, as backup).
So actually I should start everything again, install windows on 1 ssd only?
How to remove all those efi/recovrey partitions ?

Thanks. I did it and attaching the drives 1 by 1.
Added a 2nd and 3rd drive, managed to get into this situation - https://imgur.com/a/eFnO18Q - is it ok? Is system reserving of 500 mb in each drive is normal?

Then, I added the last drive. The partitions were in the same size I parted them before, but still there one partition that's Ok, the other one has no drive letter and still appears as an EFI system partition. Microsoft told me "To make regular partition again you will need to format it and then create anew partition but since there are some of your important files, you may need to use a third party software to do that." She also recommended a format, but that will obviously erase everything.
I downloaded the AOMEI partition assistant - how can I use it to make that partition normal again with the data I had on it?


Sorry for the silly questions, but I don't know much about this.
