Egpu and Dgpu

i have radeon r5 m330 ddr3 2 gb dedicated graphics card, but i want to set up an Nvidia 1050 EGPU to my laptop. Will there be any issues?, will my DGPU interfere with my EGPU?, will i be able to use nvidia since my graphics cards are AMD radeon and AMD processor.
