eGPU for lenovo z51-70

i want to upgrade my laptop z51-70 i5 5th gen , 8gb ram , 4gb amd r9 m375,
can any one tell me some supported external gpu for my laptop and ram also.

In its current state, your Z51-70 is maxed-out on the specs. Most eGPUs connect via the USB Type-C port, which is not available in your Lenovo. There is an alternative from banggood (the EXP) but they only cover a limited number of (older) laptop models and GPUs. My best advice is to read this article from 2015:

I very much doubt that your Z51-70 can be modified to the point of supporting any kind of eGPU.

can i use usb 3.0 to thunderbolt [strike]splitter[/strike] adapter the i can use external egpu yeah?

Yes but you have to remove your WLAN card (M.2.) and replace it with NGFF eGPU adapter. note All Wireless connection will be lost with it so you need to get a cheap wireless dongle to stay wireless-ly connected.
