eGPU for My Thinkpad Setup?

Hi guys, I've recently purchased a thinkpad yoga 12 (S1) to replace a free, old desktop and my previous laptop. I love every aspect of this computer, but the 4400 graphics are a (small) downside. Is there any sort of plug and play setup I could make to give it a bit of a graphical boost, but not have to open the back plate to access the internal pcie slots?

I don't have much to build a gaming pc but if the price for this sort of eGPU rig would be comparable I guess I could just save for that instead? However, I would IDEALLY like to have the one computer with the peripheral graphics and an extra monitor when I wanted my dual screen desktop setup.

Thanks so much to anybody who can offer some advice!

Aw man 🙁 is there any sort of adapter or something I might be able to use so that I could pull it off? Is there such thing as USB or mini hdmi to thunderbolt? Idk anything about thunderbolt honestly so I'm not sure if the potential options there.

Dang... haha but alright man well I appreciate the help! Thanks for responding so quickly! If gaming becomes super important for me down the line I guess I'll save for a cheap but decent pc build 😛
