I didn't get any traction on my question so I'll rephrase and add more info,
I have the following: ASUS B550 with Ryzen 3600, 32GB RAM, Ryzen 3600 @ 4GHz, RTX 3060 12GB OC. Details: https://valid.x86.fr/wz1krt
I figure my CPU is lower end but doesn't appear to hold me back at the moment.
I'm considering getting a laptop or ultrabook and an egpu to allow remote gaming and more versatility. I understand there is apparently a 10-15% graphics performance loss which I guess would be okay.
This would perhaps lend itself to a laptop build that's also a gaming build at home.
Is anyone doing this and if so what are your experiences?
