eGPU via USB to Mini PCIe

I am interested in the usage of an EXP GDC eGPU setup due to my laptop having an old graphics card. When I watch setup videos of people using this product they remove the wireless card in the laptop in order to make use of the mini PCIe that exists in the computer. My question is, do I have to strip the wireless card off of my laptop to make use of this product. Would a USB to Mini PCIe or USB to Expresscard allow me to use this product without taking my laptop apart. My more simple version of the question is, can I use this external GPU without taking anything out of my computer.

Yes, you'll need to use the actual mini PCIe port. I don't think the USB adapter things will work.

But consider this...if the laptop has "an old graphics card", it also has an old CPU.
After going through all this eGPU stuff, it will still be a slow system. You may not get the gaming performance you're expecting.
