Hello, this is my first time posting in these forums, but I can't find any solution on past treads and I really need help.
I built a PC yesterday and I can't get it to connect to Internet, it seems like the adapter is unable to detect the ethernet cable. I want to be sure that there is nothing left for me to do before I take it back to the seller, since here in Chile costumer service is not really good.
I've tried many things to get it to work, but I'm willing to do everything again in order to find the problem.
The system has the following specs:
MOBO Asrock fatal1ty B360 Gaming K4
CPU Intel core i5 9400F
RAM 2x DDR4 8GB 2666Mhz HyperX
GPU EVGA GTX 1660 SC
SSD Kingston A400 240Gb
Ask for any information you need to help this lost soul, I would really appreciate some guidance.
