I was unistalling my drivers for my msi r9 390x. Afterwards i was prompted to restart to finish the uninstalling process. my system restarted and all of a sudden everything flickers and goes crazy on both my displays. I really dont even have an explanation for what happened so i took a video

Solution
I imagine that your video card is now putting out a very low resolution signal because it has no drivers, and the monitors are looking for something else. Hook up just one (the main) display, and hopefully get a stable enough signal so that you can reinstall your video card drivers.

the video i posted was with only one monitor
update: i decided to use the hdmi port instead of the display port for the one monitor and it fixed the issue. Thank you sir.

this happens every time i try to boot. The os still works, i was able to log on one time off memory but the wallpaper just did the same thing and i wasnt able to tell if i was doing something after that. i know amd doesnt suck, i have just had far more problems with amd than nvidia so far. i am just quite a bit upset with the drivers on the amd side.
