Eject Drives are Weird

Problem:
When I choose to eject a drive, my hard drive and boot drive come up.

What I Need Help With:
How do I get rid of it saying to eject my main drives?

What I know as of now:
All my drivers and BIOS for my Motherboard are up to date.

All Questions that are appropriate towards the situation will be answered as soon as possible.

In device manager, right click your drives and click on properties. Then go to the policies tab and check for a "Enable safely remove disk" option. If it is there and checked, uncheck it and reboot.

If that doesn't work there is a registry fix for it, but even before you do that, check disk management to make sure the drives are set up as internal and not as removable or something strange like that.
