Interesting, curious as to the actual specs vs. other dual D5 offerings. It would have been nice had someone included some of the specs:

Technical specifications:
- Motor: Electronically commuted spherical motor
- Rated voltage: 12V DC
- Power consumption: 23W
- Maximum pressure head: 7m
- Maximum flow: 1500L/h
- Maximum system temperature: 60°C
- Materials: Stainless steel, PPS-GF40, EPDM O-rings, Aluminium oxide, hard coal
- Power connector: 2 x 4-Pin Molex- and 2 x 4-Pin PWM FAN connector

Would like to see it compared with Swiftech's dual DDC pump - 35x2 ($195 ... $$220ish w/ heatsink). Also would like to know if the EK has a Heatsink / fan option which pulls the pump heat away from the loop.

The D5 pump cannot benefit from a heatsink. The way it operates requires that the heat it produces gets absorbed into the water loop. The DDC pump, however, does NOT operate this way, hence the need for it to have a heatsink.
