Ek xres 140 revo d5 pump combo dead?

I purchased a cooling loop 3 days ago, primed it, overclocked it worked fine. Turn it on today amd pump wont start. I cleaned the loop prior to installation. Ive tested other fan /pump headers. Ive swapped psu cords and psu. Only thing i havent tested (because i dont have a voltmeter handy) is testing the cord end for continuity

Applied and got accepted for rma assuming dead pump after i had to provide a video of my testing methods.
