el cheapo Micro ATX for C2D?

I already have the RAM, Drives, Case, PSU, and everything. I need a decent mATX MOBO for en e6300... Any suggestions? I did find this on the egg http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813186103

Seems like a good deal for the price. I'm just not familiar with the intel chipsets really... I know 975x is ideal for c2d, but this will work, correct?

If you are thinking of Over-clocking, or even using the onboard graphics *shudder*, stick with the x965 chipset mobos seen at the top of THIS LIST. Yes they cost more, but the performance, and future proofing are far better then the ancient and entry level i945 chispet.

Thanks for the advice. Nah, if I ever need onboard vidieo it would by ATI or Nvidia 6150 or something similar. I just really like Small PCs! I will probably just wait until the C2D Mobo selection matures a little. I definately will want an awesome overclocking board.
