Elder Scrolls 5 Proventus don't sell me Alchemy Laboratory

When I have 500gold or above the selection alchemy will disappear,but I store all my gold inside chest, the selection appear! Pls help me ,Proventus is eating when I talk.

I've found that the Steward can be a bit touchy when it comes to offering the upgrades - the simplest solution is to either wait 24 hours and hope that he moves (and remembers his duties) or simply come back later

same.... i think that is a bug
