elder scrolls online budget gaming pc help

I am on a tight budget for a gaming pc. I wanna play elder scrolls online and guild wars 2.
I can play them on medium settings doesn't have to be the best settings.

is it ok to play those games I mentioned if not what would you change.

psu is too small, 500W at least 600W for longevity and future proofing.
