electric air blower

I m going to clean my pc with an electric air blower...is it safe..i heard static electricity could produce...?

Do you mean a fan? Or like a hairdryer?

Just blowing air over your components isn't dangerous, static electricity is only produced when things are rubbing against each other...

Have you looked at buying a can of compressed air?

as long as the air dryer has air only option and no heat (you don't need that or want that) then it is pretty much same as canned air, with a power chord. (and less sharp oomph on the exhaust, which dislodges the dust) but pure volume of air on hairdryer will quite likely work.
