Electrical breaker tripping off randomly

I have a PC with i3 4150, GA-H81M-S2PV MB, ATI 5450, 8GB 1600Mhz RAM, 400w PSU, Sandisk SSD. And my braker randomly trips off when I using it. I tried turning on everything on the house and running prime95 for an hour nothing happened, but when I just browsing it just randomly trips off. Is this a problem with the PSU?

You probably need to get a certified electrician to check it out. It could be just a bad breaker, but somebody needs to do breaker panel testing to be sure.
