Electrical problem

i plugged an s-video cable into my computer and my tv,it popped the breaker,then i tried connecting my computer to my surround sound receiver,i plugged the red and white rca plugs into the receiver,as soon as i touched the other end to my computers audio input,the breaker popped again. I have no idea y

Try removing some appliance from that circuit (lamp, fan, etc...). You may have too much pull on that circuit.
